BūthZero — Stop Collecting Leads. Start Converting Conversations.

Traditional badge scanners end at the scan. BūthZero goes further — qualifying each conversation, surfacing the right questions, and handing your sales team action-ready leads.

Built for Conversion, Not Collection

Every detail is designed to turn booth and event conversations into qualified, sales-ready leads — not just scanned badges in a list.

Capture in seconds. A streamlined form plus badge-photo OCR pulls contact details off any badge before the conversation ends. Load an attendee list and it goes further — filling gaps and flagging target accounts the moment they match.
AI discovery questions. Generate research-backed questions tailored to each prospect — pull them up when the moment fits, or drop them into a follow-up email.
Real-time leaderboard. A live rep challenge turns the booth floor into friendly competition and keeps every team member motivated to capture more.
Offline-first capture. Spotty venue Wi-Fi never costs you a lead. Captures queue locally and sync automatically the moment you reconnect.
Your brand, front and center. Your logo leads the app header and brands every PDF report; your colors flow through buttons and reports; and your own solutions, challenges, and objectives let reps signal leads in your language — company-wide or per event.
Target prospect alerts. Load your priority accounts and BūthZero flags them the moment a rep captures a matching company, so nothing slips by.
Auto event summaries. One-click narrative summaries and a downloadable PDF report turn the booth into a board-ready recap the same day.
Built-in digital raffle. Draw a winner from your captured attendees right in the app in seconds — no fishbowl, no slips, no manual counting.

One lead. Every conversation.

A demo, a booth conversation, a breakout intro, a VIP dinner. BūthZero captures each moment as its own interaction and threads them all to a single lead record — the full story of every relationship, never scattered duplicate cards.

Your leads, where they belong

Captured leads flow straight into the systems your team already uses — no copy-paste, no re-keying, no lost handoffs.

HubSpot. Connect a Private App token and every captured lead syncs to your contacts — fields, signals, and notes included.
Salesforce. Authorize once and BūthZero pushes leads into your CRM as they're captured — mapped to your custom fields and signals.
Excel export. Download every lead — or a single event's worth — as a clean spreadsheet for reporting or re-import.

Build your event free. Pay only when you go live.
