These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BūthZero event lead capture platform (the "Service") operated by BūthZero, LLC ("BūthZero," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be authorized by your organization to set up or use a workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your credentials.

2. The Service

BūthZero lets event teams capture, qualify, and summarize leads at their events, with branding, tags, offline capture, AI discussion starters, leaderboards, and reporting.

3. Billing & Fees

Each event is charged at a flat fee of $599 USD, which includes unlimited reps for the duration of the event. Fees are charged at the time an event is activated for capture.

4. Events & Capture

A 24-hour grace period keeps capture available even if a payment issue occurs. There are no per-rep or overage charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, to capture leads lawfully and with consent where required, and not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. When offline capture is enabled, captured data may be stored temporarily on your device and synced when connectivity is restored; you are responsible for the security of any device used to capture leads.

6. Lead Data & Privacy

Lead data belongs to the company that captured it. Your use of lead data must comply with applicable privacy laws. When you connect a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), you are responsible for ensuring that syncing leads to your CRM complies with applicable consent and data-protection laws. 7. Intellectual Property

BūthZero retains all rights to the Service. Your lead and company data remain yours. We receive a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only to provide or receive the Service.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or material breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that capture will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BūthZero's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BūthZero, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date.
